Experience
- Focuses on patent, copyright, trademark, unfair competition and trade secret litigation, IP enforcement, patent prosecution, counseling, infringement analysis and opinions, and portfolio development
- Represents clients from individuals to Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies in securing and enforcement of their intellectual property rights
- As litigation counsel, represents clients from throughout the world, including those based in Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Poland and the United Kingdom
- In 2007, was instrumental in obtaining $1.6 million in judgments on behalf of a leading Polish television broadcast network whose programming was pirated and copyright rights violated
- Counsel in cases before numerous federal courts throughout the country, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the appellate boards of the United States Patent and Trademark Office
- As an advocate of pro bono activities, has successfully obtained asylum for three separate individuals seeking asylum from Zimbabwe, Russia, and Cameroon, respectively, as a result of abuse at the hands of their governments
